PlexWyn is free to browse. No accounts, no subscriptions, nothing to pay. Using the site means accepting these terms. If you would rather not, please close the tab.

The index draws on public sources and language models. That process earns its keep and it gets things wrong. Descriptions go stale. Categories are arguable. A relationship between two companies can be plain wrong, or right but pointing backwards.

PlexWyn comes as-is, with no warranty that any entry is accurate, complete or current. Please don't make an investment, procurement, employment or legal decision on this alone. Check anything that matters against the company's own sources.

Spot something wrong? tell us. Corrections are welcome, and they are the fastest way this index gets better.

Read the index, link to any page on it, quote from it with attribution. All fine. Scraping the site in bulk to rebuild the index somewhere else is where we draw the line.

Company names, logos and trade marks belong to their owners. They appear here to identify the companies described. We claim no ownership of them, and their presence implies no endorsement or affiliation running in either direction.

Four things we ask you not to do.

• Try to reach the admin area, or any other non-public part of the site.
• Put load on the site that gets in the way of other people.
• Send unlawful or abusive content through our forms.
• Use the site to break any law that applies to you.

Pages link out to companies' own websites and to news published elsewhere. We control none of those sites. What they do with your data once you land there is between you and them.

PlexWyn is in alpha. It may go down, change shape, or lose features without warning. Nothing here promises to keep any part of it running.

So far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site or from relying on what it publishes. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms will change as the project leaves alpha. The date at the top shows when they last did. Before public launch this page will name the organisation running PlexWyn and the law these terms answer to.
